Jennie Zeiner coaches individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to amplify positive impact on themselves, teams and organizational outcomes.

Why work with me?
As an EMCC-accredited executive coach with 15 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of leaders and teams from diverse organizations. Coaching both in person and virtually, I've worked on over 200 leadership development programs addressing a wide range of topics. These have included fostering innovation, defining organizational values, driving culture change, and experimenting with new approaches, as well as personal growth topics like reshaping self-narratives and resolving team friction.
This blend of strategic, leadership, and organizational experience allows me to support clients at an individual and systemic level—connecting individual growth to broader organizational transformation.
At the heart of my work is a belief that true growth begins with self-awareness, curiosity, and empathy—both for ourselves and for others. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can be honest, forge meaningful connections, and embrace challenges as opportunities to stretch and grow.

Reflect, Act, Impact
Reflect
Often leaders are so busy in meetings, executing and firefighting they don't create time to pause. A crucial aspect of coaching is reflection. Together, we’ll explore your current state: what is working, what’s not, and how you are aligned with your core values and goals. Reflection is crucial for raising self-awareness and understanding your system or environment, along with your beliefs, behaviors and motivations.
Act
When the time is right, together we’ll design small experiments to help you explore new opportunities. Change doesn’t always have to be a massive leap; sometimes subtle shifts lead to significant insights. Experiments could address individual, team or wider system behaviors, processes and/or business objectives. These steps can help you test your assumptions, better understand your environment, and unlock new paths to growth.
Impact
Sometimes we believe "high performance" means we need to always be onto the next task. Before rushing into another cycle of learning, we will take time to evaluate what’s working and what needs to be adjusted. This process helps build momentum, reinforce positive habits, and ensure that the changes you make are both sustainable and meaningful.

There is a time for reflection and a time for action; we learn through both.
My intention is to create a safe space for honest reflection, to try relevant actions, and to assess the impact of your efforts to ensure continued growth.
Each coaching or learning journey is fully customized; there is no predetermined pace or formula of questions.
