Impact comes from paying attention to what changes, what we learn, and what new possibilities emerge. What we notice often becomes the starting point for the next cycle of reflection, action and learning.
Every coaching engagement begins by clarifying purpose and defining what success looks like. From there, we explore current realities, experiment with new approaches, and review impact along the way.
